Thanks to their knowledge and their deep connection with their fields, our farmers fully understand how to deeply dedicate themselves to the care of each land. In this way, each harvest year offer them the possibility to reinforce this strong bond by honing their agricultural skills, which are the maximum expression of both the new characteristics donated by the harvest year itself and also of that farmers’ ‘memory of the territory’ which they caringly preserve.
